This was the first climbing gym in America in 1987. They originally opened on Elliott Ave in Seattle with rocks glued to plywood panels (climbing holds and wall construction techniques had not yet been invented). Today they continue to provide open climbing, and climbing programs for youth and adults.
Uplift Climbing serves rock climbers. A training focused climbing gym in the North City Business District of Shoreline. 7300 square foot facility, there are walls of 5, 15, 30, 45, and 60 degrees, a Moon Board and a Tension Board, plus hang boards, a campus board, and exercise equipment.

16 ft tall 5, 10 and 15 degree overhanging walls, 14 ft tall 30 degree overhanging wall, a cave with 45, 60 and horizontal roof features. The cave also has a 14 ft long hand crack that splits and an overhanging arete. There is also a 13 ft tall 'wave' wall for transitional angle training and a mushroom wall to practice mantling and topping out.
1,049 sf climbing area 37 feet high. There is an 8' bouldering area as well as top rope routes.
50-foot climbing gym. 2,000 holds on a 3,500 sf surface. The climbing gym has face climbs, crack climbs, a small cave/roof, a pillar, overhangs, aretes, and many more.
The climbing gym is 4x4 plastic molded panels which is 65 linear feet. It is 28 feet high with a climbing surface of 2,500 square feet.
28' tall free-standing climbing tower. 800 square feet, the tower has six stations at which students can climb, each with their own unique routes.
